Sarah Eichenbaum is a registered dietitian who aims to help people free themselves of the restrictive mindsets and behaviors around food and nutrition.
Sarah has an individualized approach when working with people, focusing on helping her clients build the tools needed to find peace, both mind and body, when it comes to their relationship with food.
Her goal is for you to find the freedom that comes with mending your relationship with food and your body to
live a full life, free of restriction.
My Approach
I know when my clients feel like they are stuck in a negative loop around their relationship with food it can feel hard to believe it is possible to ever break free of it. But, it is possible to find freedom and peace, and to build a healthy relationship with your body and with food. I help you unravel the thought processes that are negatively impacting you around food and body image; to ditch the diet cycle, ditch the restrictive mindset and behaviors, and build the tools needed to nourish yourself inside and out. We will work together to find what works best for you to feel confident in your own body, in food and nutrition, and to live a fulfilling life without the limiting and hurtful behaviors and thinking.
